Leo: Looking out the window.

Ronan: Looking out the window.

So here we are, 5pm on Sunday. And I'm only just editing/uploading the portraits I took maybe 20 minutes ago! I haven't been taking many pictures in general the last few weeks, and I think it has to do with the fact that I finally upgraded my cellphone, and have been taking most of my pictures on that instead. I really need to get back into the habit of using the DSLR every day!

Leo: You wanted to wear your Spiderman t-shirt, and didn't want any help putting it on.

Ronan: Quite possibly the happiest baby in the world.

Leo: Finally confidant enough in the bath to lay on your back!

Ronan: This week saw you take your first steps! You're only managing one or two before falling, but you can stand on your own for quite a while. You do realise you're only 9 months old, right?!

"A portrait of my boys, once a week, every week, in 2014"

Leo: You went to bed with still damp hair last night, and woke up this morning with an interesting hair-do!

Ronan: Mid-scream. Ear-splitting, blood-curdling scream that  has been the feature of the week from you. I guess your teeth are bothering you as they come through. Or perhaps you're just bored. It's been another wet week, and playcentre has been closed for the holidays. Whatever it is, I'll be glad when you stop doing it!

"A portrait of my boys, once a week, every week, in 2014"

Leo: Lifted up by Aunty Nicole, to get a better view of the gibbons at the zoo today.

Ronan: "Why aren't you stopping this, mummy!?"

Snuffles have descended upon our house this week. I am the only one not sick, and I hope it stays that way! I'm looking forward to Richard and the boys getting better, we are probably the sole family keeping the tissue companies in the black!
